You can write, save, share and send Punjabi texts using PunjabiNotepad.
It contains Gurmukhi keyboard which is useful for writing inPunjabi language.
The keyboard has three parts: 2 Gurmukhi keyboards and one Englishkeyboard, covering almost all of the characters required by aPunjabi writer.
All vowel matras including ‘addak’ and ‘tippi’ are available on thekeyboard.
For consonant matras and compound consonants, use ‘Virama (Halant)’like ਕ + ੍ + ਤ = ਕ੍ਤ.
Select text properties such as text color, text size, bold, italicand text background colors by clicking the buttons provided at thetop.
You can save the current document by clicking the ‘save file’option of the common menu.
Open a saved document by clicking the ‘open file’ option of thecommon menu.
Delete a saved document by clicking the ‘delete file’ option of thecommon menu.
Options for sending and sharing the Punjabi Text Content as imageis provided here.
You can send/share the content through available applications forsending/sharing such as SMA/MMS, Email, Facebook, Twitter, Googleplus, Whats App etc by clicking ‘share’ button at the left. Afterclicking this button you will be asked whether to send as text,image or pdf through a pop-up menu. If you chose ‘as text’ option,then only the text content will be shared. In case of ‘as image’option, the content will be converted to JPEG image and will beshared. For android versions below Kitkat, the feature of sharingas PDF doesn’t exist. Please not that when only the text content issent, the rendering correctness of the content will depends uponthe receiving device and application.

Select a portion of the text by dragging the finger over thedesired portion.
You can press the reward button at the top right corner (redcolored gift box icon) , watch and click the video ad to unlockadditional features for 3 days. These new features are: (1) Addingbackground image and moving and resizing it (corresponding optionswill be enabled in the common menu), (2) make selected texts textsbold and italic and (3) add colors to selected texts.
After unlocking additional features, toggle button to switchbetween editing text and resizing and moving image.
While in the text mode, by clicking the writing area (below thebuttons at the top) keyboard will appear. By clicking outside thewriting area, the keyboard will be hidden. You can explicitly hidethe keyboard by clicking the ‘Hide’ key in the keyboard.
